Carlos Sainz has been handed a five grid place penalty by the FIA after he was deemed to be at fault for his incident with Kimi Antonelli in Austin. The Spaniard attempted to make a move on the young Mercedes driver going into turn 15 on lap 7, however contact was made between the two.
