F1 Championship leader Oscar Piastri confirmed on Media Day for the Mexico GP that his McLaren teammate Lando Norris has had his much talked about 'repercussions' removed. Carlos Sainz has been handed a five grid place penalty by the FIA after he was deemed to be at fault for his incident with Kimi Antonelli in Austin. The Spaniard attempted to make a move on the young Mercedes driver going into turn 15 on lap 7, however contact was made between the two.
